Please prepare a 2025/26 year-end forecast for your unit, utilizing the ‘2526 January Forecast Guidelines’. The Budget Team will be populating forecast templates for each BPU and Ancillary Unit. Depending on the BPU or Ancillary Unit, your forecast template(s) will either be provided to you for preperation or you will work with your Decision Support Consultant to prepare your January forecast submission. The Budget Team will release templates early December 2025.
